Jade's Location and camera rough cut feedback

Rough cut feedback

Before asking for the feedback we showed a group of people our opening sequence. The feedback we received was positive and negative; however they did let us know what we could do to improve on the negatives. We agreed that I should work on Locations as this was my main area and camera tied in with this.

Locations and camera

Positive

* It was said that our locations were good and they thought they tied in well with our storyline.

* We had a good variety of locations spread out which also added to the intensity of the account.

* People thought that the movement of the camera was good, and consistent.

* Where we placed the camera to film was thought to be right for all of the scenes.

* The lighting we chose in the locations added effect of the overall creation.

* The amount of different shots that we had was good.

Negative

* They said that the main characters’ eyes didn't look ‘menacing’ enough. They suggested that we use a closer shot of them in order for her schizophrenic personality to be shown more.

We were thrilled that people liked our production more than was thought, and we will keep adding to the rough cut and include the advice that we have been given.
